Back for the second year, the Jakarta International Java Soulnation Festival has truly kept to its vision of presenting the people of Indonesia with world quality entertainment. SOULNATION 2009 brought Australian artists to the stage and OzMate had the opportunity to gather these artists before they showcased their talent, alongside renowned Indonesian entertainers’, part of the OzMate circle for an exclusive luncheon. Special guests Jessica Mauboy (Australian Idol Runner-Up 2006), IZ, Mirrah, and DJ C-BU from Australia, DJ Spooky from USA, as well as Australian alumni DJ Delizious Devina, DJ Babydrie, DJ S'tea (Batik Tribe Band), Rizky Syarif (Alexa Band), and Reza Achman (Percussionist) were in attendance at the event held by OzMate on 31 October in Jakarta. If you weren't there to witness it, Jessica Mauboy, IZ, DJ C-BU and Batik Tribe delivered amazing performances at the Festival on 31 October.
